And this is just one of the many reasons why I love St. John’s with all the love my little shrunken heart can muster.
Turns out I knew one of these guys, and he told me this was for a lotto thing.

(I forgot what festival it is but we used to have those bubble thingies for kids, and they’ll be floating on this pool somewhere in town. I got pretty jealous. LOL.)

@Linlah: I was actually invited to ride the bubble, but was too horrified by the idea of video cameras on me. I regret it now.
