Reminder notes for Santa I wish I’d thought of that when I was younger

Brilliant. Mine would read something quite similar actually.

Winter boyfriend! What a cool idea! (no pun intended).
And Candice – the irony – your hands are hemorrhaging because you can’t find time to buy a pair of mittens because you are so busy writing…yet how will you be able to continue writing with blood flowing from your fingers? What a Catch-22. Perhaps mittens should be on the top of the list.

That was legen- wait for it, and I hope you’re not lactose-intolerant because the next word is -DAIRY!
I found a letter I wrote to santa not too long ago from when I was really young. It was a good laugh and trip down memory lane.

I don’t see anywhere in there where you asked for snowshoes. UGH! Or UGGS. I’m sending you mittens because you can’t depend on Santa.

I love the PS Priceless! not only did you write it but you took pictures of it and posted it online.
I’ll send ya gloves if you don’t have any.
Finally, I offered. Car is red, fast, and driver is one hansom man if you ask me… not that you did.

The ps is where it is at. I would totally share some nog with Santa but that bitch Mrs. Claus got all pissy last time. Listen, he only shit in your stocking for a joke. It was funny at the time.

Ha! I want a winter boyfriend too
I almost died when you spoke of wrapping your feet in plastic bags. You poor thing! I’ll ask Santa for waterproof boots for you too!

I’m very happy you did find time to write that letter, because it was very enjoyable. I would also like a winter man, but I’ve asked for the last 5 years with no avail so I think stopped making quality ones.
I’m sorry about your hands!

I think Santa skips all the Twenty-Somethings because it’s so much harder to find “a cool boyfriend” and “a debt free lifestyle” than like…a light brite.

This definitely beats my letter to Santa at age 7 when I threatened “to kill myself” if I didn’t get what I wanted.

There’s a lame lifetime movie called A Boyfriend for Christmas. Maybe you should watch it for Winter Boyfriend tips. The bitch in the movie has an in with Santa though. So you may be out of luck.
Oh how I have missed you my fellow, lovely redhead.

What a great idea. There are some things I could definitely use from Santa, I think I’ll be writing my own letter to Santa!

@Chris: hah! imagine writing one of those at six years old
@V: it’s because we’re soulmates
@Sabina: ahh, so true! i’m holding out because hopefully my parents have bought me some for xmas, and maybe i can focus my monies somewhere else…like waterproof boots
@Eric: Hahahahahahahahaha so awesome. I’d love to see a letter I wrote when I was younger…here we would burn our letters in the fireplace because apparently that’s how they reached santa.
@Linlah: if you do, I will be eternally grateful! and no more uggs EVER!
@Chris: Hahahahaha, well y’know, you don’t live in St. John’s. makes life difficult
@mepsipax: dude, santa NEVER opened up to me like that. i’m jealous of your relationship with him.
@CC: PLEASE DO! i don’t think i can hold out ’til christmas though
@CJ: it’s ok, i figure the hands reflect the bleeding of my SOUL. whatever that means, i was trying to incorporate some kinda writing analogy. fail.
@J: that’s the most brilliant theory i’ve ever read
@Lola: what?! i’ve never heard of such a movie!! i must watch. could solve all my problems.
@Rob: hahahaha, “grown up” should be used lightly
@nashe: i have, but they’re clear and chipping slightly. sigh!
@Jay: oh damn, that thought never even occurred to me
@Kris: no time for napping, just BOOZE!
@Nancy: hahahahahaha, thanks nancy
@Kate: Do it, and POST it!
